MIAMI, Florida, Oct. 3 -- Holland and Knight, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Holland & Knight is advising the parties involved in MRV Engenharia E Participacoes S.A.'s recently announced $200 million investment in Miami-based real estate company AHS Residential. MRV, which is Brazil's largest real estate developer, announced its intention to acquire a 50 percent interest in AHS on September 4. The deal is expected to close near the end of the month.
