ORLANDO, Florida, Oct. 1 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
At the request of Governor Ron DeSantis, President Donald Trump has approved a federal cost-share increase for Hurricane Irma recovery projects funded by FEMA's Public Assistance grant program from 75 percent to 90 percent.
This increase amounts to $111,539,713 in additional federal funding. These funds allow FEMA to reimburse loc . . .
