WASHINGTON, Oct. 2 -- Rep. Robert E. Latta, R-Ohio, a Republican leader on the House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on Communications and Technology, issued the following statement on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on net neutrality:
