WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Alabama, chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee, issued the following news release:
The Senate Committee on Appropriations today approved the FY2020 State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, which provides funding to strengthen federal programs and operations that support national security and American values abroad.
