WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Sens. Tom Cotton, R-Arkansas, and Chuck Schumer, D-New York, issued the following joint statement after the Senate passed a motion to instruct the National Defense Authorization Act Conference Committee to retain and strengthen an amendment from Rep. Mike Gallagher, R-Wisconsin, to the NDAA prohibiting the removal of Huawei from the entity list without the consent of Congress:
