WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Marcia L. Fudge, D-Ohio, issued the following joint statement with Del. Stacey Plaskett, D-Virgin Islands, chairman of the Subcommittee on Biotechnology, Horticulture and Research, on reports that the Agriculture Department's Economic Research Service might delay number of reports due to staffing issues related to the agency's pending relocation:
