CHICAGO, Illinois, Sept. 26 -- The Environmental Law and Policy Center issued the following statement by Executive Director Howard A. Learner:
Governor Walz announced his intention that Minnesota adopt California's Clean Car standards as permissible under the Clean Air Act. The Clean Car Standards will reduce greenhouse gas pollution from tailpipes and increase consumer electric vehicle options.
