Florida Agriculture Department Commissioner Fried Issues Statement on SAFE Banking Act Passage

TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Sept. 26 -- The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services issued the following statement by Commissioner Nicole "Nikki" Fried after the House voted 321-103 to approve the SAFE Banking Act (H.R. 1595), which will provide businesses in the growing cannabis industry access to banking and financial services:
