WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- Rep. David Rouzer, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement after the signing of the U.S-Japan Trade Agreement:
"The trade agreement announced today between the U.S. and Japan is a big win for North Carolina's farm families.
