ORLANDO, Florida, Sept. 23 -- The Produce Marketing Association issued the following news release:
This week, EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler and the Department of the Army Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works R.D. James announced that the agencies would be repealing the 2015 definition of "waters of the United States" (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act and restoring the regulatory text that existed before the 2015 rule.
The agencies have concluded . . .
