WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Rep. Daniel Lipinski, D-Illinois, issued the following statement on President Trump's phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky:
"I'm very concerned by President Trump's acknowledgement that he raised corruption accusations against Joe Biden during a phone call this summer with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
"It would be a serious breach of conduct if the President of the United States attempted to exert pressure . . .
