CHICAGO, Illinois, Sept. 24 -- The National Marine Manufacturers Association issued the following news release:
Earlier this month, the California legislature hit the pause button on legislation regulating single-use plastics and other packaging. While the California Circular Economy and Pollution Reduction Act (SB54/AB1080) did not pass a key committee before the end of the 2019 session, NMMA expects that the measures will be revived in 2020.
