VALLEY FORGE, Pennsylvania, Sept. 23 -- American Baptist Churches USA's American Baptist Home Mission Societies issued the following news:
American Baptist Home Mission Societies (ABHMS) is pleased to announce that Lauren Williams of Upper Marlboro, Md., has been named recipient of the prestigious Daniel E. Weiss Scholarship. Williams will attend Wesley Theological Seminary, Washington, D.C., this fall.
