RALEIGH, North Carolina, Sept. 20 -- North Carolina Community Colleges System issued the following news:
The State Board of Community Colleges approved the appointments of two college presidents on Friday.
The board voted to approve Jack Bagwell as the 11th president of College of The Albemarle and Shelley White as the seventh president of Haywood Community College.
