WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Rep. Mike Gallagher, R-Wisconsin, issued the following news release:

Congressman Mike Gallagher (R-WI) today testified before the House Judiciary Committee on his bill H.R.1522, the Congressional and Executive Foreign Lobbying Ban Act. This legislation, which Gallagher introduced earlier this year, would ban Members of Congress, senior executive branch officials, and general and flag officers of the Armed Forces from lobbying on behalf of foreign interests.
