WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation's Surface Transportation Board issued the following environmental review (Docket No. AB 290) entitled "Norfolk Southern Railway Company Abandonment Exemption in the City of Greensboro, N.C.":
