WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Rep. John Joyce, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following statement on a continuing resolution (H.R. 4378), which appropriates funding for the federal government through Nov. 21:
"Appropriating Americans' taxpayer dollars is one of my key Constitutional duties, and I am committed to serving as a responsible steward of your taxes.
"Unfortunately, the funding bill we considered today - which was posted mere hours before we voted - fell short . . .
