WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- Rep. Bobby Rush, D-Illinois, issued the following news release:
Representative Bobby L. Rush (Ill.-D) ripped the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for its plan to revoke California's authority to set its own vehicle emissions standards. This revocation will impact 13 other states and the District of Columbia that have adopted the stricter standards:
