ASHDOWN, Arkansas, Sept. 18 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is taking applications from hunters ages 6-15 who want to participate in a special deer hunt Nov. 2 at Millwood Lake. Four permits will be issued to young hunters who seek to experience the outdoors and have a great place to hunt that is normally closed to hunting.
Applicants must submit a completed application form to the Corps by Oct. 15. . . .
