WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- The U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform issued the following news release:
New Jersey's lawsuit climate ranks 43rd out of 50 in a new national survey released today by the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform (ILR). This ranking is the lowest ever for the Garden State since the survey's inception in 2002.
