WASHINGTON, Sept. 18 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today two grants from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to firefighters in West Virginia.
