WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a grant of $600,000 from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to the Pocahontas County Public Service District for the Frank-Bartow Sanitary Sewer project.
