PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania, Sept. 13 -- The Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute issued the following news release:

The SEI's CERT Division has announced the release of an updated version of its Pharos Binary Analysis Framework. The update represents more than a year's worth of improvements and bug fixes to the Pharos toolset.
