WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Rick Scott, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
Today, Senator Rick Scott applauded the Senate Appropriations Committee's passage of the Energy and Water spending bill, which includes $200 million in construction funding for the South Florida Ecosystem Restoration (SFER).
In May, Senator Scott joined Senator Marco Rubio and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in a letter urging President Trump to include this vital funding in his budget . . .
