WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:

U.S. Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL), Johnny Isakson (R-GA), Ben Cardin (D-MD), and Doug Jones (D-AL) introduced bipartisan legislation to reauthorize a trade law that has benefited the United States, and 23 countries in the Caribbean basin, for nearly 20 years.
