WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, D-Illinois, chairman of the House Oversight and Reform subcommittee on Economic and Consumer Policy, issued the following statement on the Trump administration's plan to ban flavors used in e-cigarettes:
