WASHINGTON, Sept. 10 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Illinois, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL), a member of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, today introduced new legislation that would authorize a five percent annual funding increase over the next five years at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
