WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 -- Rep. Doug Collins, R-Georgia, ranking Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement after Rep. F. James Sensenbrenner, R-Wisconsin, ranking Republican member of the Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law, announced that he will not seek reelection:
