On the Senate floor today, U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) honored the brave Dayton Police Officers who quickly responded to the active shooter in Dayton, Ohio last month, ending the tragedy before more innocent lives could be lost. President Trump honored their courageous acts by presenting them with the Medal of Valor at the White House this morning.
