TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Sept. 9 -- Tallahassee Community College issued the following news:
The Tallahassee Community College Spark initiative is partnering with Lively Technical College to ensure that local residents in Gadsden, Leon, Wakulla counties who earn a trade certificate can transition to TCC and earn a certificate in entrepreneurship.
