North Carolina Gov. Cooper Viewing Damage, Preliminary Damage Assessments Begin Following Dorian

RALEIGH, North Carolina, Sept. 7 -- Gov. Roy Cooper, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:

Gov. Cooper is visiting coastal counties today to view storm damage as state and local emergency officials assess preliminary damage from Hurricane Dorian.
