MILAN, Missouri, Aug. 30 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service Missouri office issued the following news release:
Senator Roy Blunt received a progress report on the construction of the East Locust Creek Reservoir (ELCR) north of Milan. The Senator has remained an engaged advocate for the 2,352 acre water supply Reservoir for a number of years in Washington, D.C. and has worked to ensure that the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) . . .
