VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia, Aug. 30 -- Operation Blessing International issued the following news:
Operation Blessing's U.S. Disaster Relief Team has been monitoring Hurricane Dorian very closely. It's projected to make landfall as a Category 4 Hurricane on the Florida coast on Monday, September 2 or Tuesday, September 3. Florida is bracing for powerful winds, heavy rain, flash flooding, and storm surge. Governor Ron DeSantis has declared a state of emergency.
