WASHINGTON, Aug. 30 -- Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin, chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, issued the following statement after Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz released a report on ex-FBI Director James Comey's handling of memos that documented private conversations with President Trump:
