JACKSONVILLE, Florida, Aug. 30 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release:
Nicole Johnson (37, Jacksonville) has pleaded guilty to aiding and assisting in the filing of a false tax return. She faces a maximum penalty of three years in federal prison.
