SCRANTON, Pennsylvania, Aug. 30 -- Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
Congressman Matt Cartwright (PA-o8) is pleased to announce that the USDA is accepting applications for loan guarantees and grants to help small businesses and agricultural producers invest in energy efficiency.
These loan guarantees and grants are part of USDA's Rural Energy for America Program (REAP), which was created under the 2008 Farm Bill.
