CHICAGO, Illinois, Aug. 30 -- The American Lung Association issued the following statement by Chief Medical Officer Albert Rizzo in response to six flu-related deaths of children being held or released by Customs and Border Protection and the acknowledgement by the officials that they will not administer vaccines against seasonal influenza to immigrants in detention:
