FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina, Aug. 29 -- Cumberland County issued the following news release:
Cumberland County officials celebrated the completion of the Overhills Park Sewer System today at a lift station off Collingwood Street. The project cost $4.6 million.
The Board of Commissioners established the Overhills Park Water and Sewer District in 2009 because of failing septic tanks in the area. The district covers the Overhills Park Subdivision located north of the Town . . .
