PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, Aug. 29 -- Sens. Pat Toomey, R-Pennsylvania, and Bob Casey, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following statements after the announcement of President Trump's intent to nominate John Gallagher to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania:
