Congressman John Sarbanes (D-Md.) today joined U.S. Senators Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen, along with Representatives Elijah E. Cummings and Dutch Ruppersberger (all D-Md.), in announcing more than $3,699,000 in federal funding to help improve services for homeless youth in Baltimore City.
