TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Aug. 28 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
FEMA has approved $6,458,521 to the state of Florida to assist the Florida Department of Corrections with reimbursement for the costs of emergency protective measures following Hurricane Michael under FEMA's Public Assistance Program.
