MIDDLETOWN, Ohio, Aug. 27 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Marshals Service issued the following news release:
During the early afternoon hours of August 27, 2019, the U.S. Marshals arrested fugitive Juan Mendez on an outstanding murder warrant from Harris County in Houston, Texas.
