WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following news release:
U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) today announced that the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy has awarded Nexceris, LLC of Lewis Center, Ohio $1,000,000 for the development of advanced coatings to enhance the durability of Solid Oxide fuel cell technology. The DOE's Office of Nuclear Energy also contributed to this project.
