INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Aug. 27 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Indiana issued the following news release:

A federal appeals court today affirmed a ruling blocking an Indiana law that would have allowed county election officials to kick voters off the rolls immediately without notice.
