WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 -- Rep. Patrick McHenry, R-North Carolina, ranking Republican member of the House Financial Services Committee, issued the following statement after Rep. Sean P. Duffy, R-Wisconsin, ranking Republican member of the Subcommittee on Housing, Community Development and Insurance, announced his resignation from Congress to support his family as they await the arrival of their ninth child:
