CULLOWHEE, North Carolina, Aug. 21 -- Western Carolina University issued the following news release:
A grant application writing workshop is being offered by the National Endowment for the Humanities from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, at the Sherril Center at the University of North Carolina Asheville.
