WASHINGTON, Aug. 21 -- Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Maryland, special representative on anti-semitism, racism and intolerance for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Parliamentary Assembly, issued the following on what he calls President Trump's accusation that Jewish Americans who support Democrats are disloyal:
