WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, issued the following statement after reports of white nationalist threats made against the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown:
Brown supported expanding funding for the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Urban Areas Security Initiative (UASI), which provides grants to nonprofit organizations to better secure and protect their facilities.
