WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- Rep. Daniel Lipinski, D-Illinois, issued the following statement after Israel's government announced its decision to prevent Reps. Rashida Tlaib, D-Michigan, and Ilhan Omar, R-Minnesota, from entering the country:
"I am disappointed by Israel's decision to block the visit of Reps. Omar and Tlaib.
"Unlike President Trump, I do not believe it would "show great weakness" to allow these two representatives to visit.
