WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- The Urban Land Institute issued the following news release:
A group of nationally renowned land use and urban planning experts representing the Urban Land Institute (ULI) will be visiting Raleigh, North Carolina next week to make recommendations to the Kane Realty Corporation and the North Carolina Football Club on the land-use implications of the collateral development of the neighborhood surrounding the sports and entertainment stadium proposed for the city. . . .
